BOOKINGS It is recommended that you book early to avoid disappointment. All of these prices are subject to change and availability may be limited. To proceed with a reservation a deposit and booking form is required. Once reservations are confirmed we will advise when the balance of payment will be required. All prices are based on payment by cash, cheque, eftpos or direct credit. Should you wish to pay by credit card an administration service fee may apply - please ask us for details.
CONDITIONS All arrangements are subject to the supplier's (transport/accommodation/tour provider) regulations and conditions. In addition the tours are normally priced subject to a minium number of persons travelling with each departure to obtain the group pricing. These conditions and any special conditions are noted on the pricing page for each tour.
COST CHANGES Airfares and tour prices may alter without prior notice, even though your arrangements have been confirmed. Such price increases are beyond our control. The costing is subject to fare changes and currency fluctuations with or without notice, and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made in full. There are fees payable for amendments or cancellation. (These are in addition to any imposed by airlines or tour operators).
TOUR VARIATIONS If unforseen circumstances beyond our control require us to make necessary changes to the tour we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule departures and itineraries. We reserve the right to substitute accommodation of a least a similar level.
DOCUMENTATION You must have a valid passport for international travel. The name on your passport must match exactly the name on your airline tickets and documentation. Most countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your departure date.
Please ensure that you have obtained the applicable visas for the countries that you are visiting or transiting. It is your responsibility to obtain correct visa documentation, however we are happy to provide information and assistance if required. Few Embassies publicise their policies with regard to entry to travellers with criminal convictions including DIC. We recommend to such travellers that you contact the relevant Embassy of the country you wish to visit to discuss your personal circumstances.
A re-entry permit for New Zealand is required for those holding any passport other than that of New Zealand or Australia.
TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel Insurance is strongly recommended, and it is important that the policy be taken out when the booking is made to cover any cancellation penalties that may apply. We can offer cancellation cover for just $60 per adult which provides you with cover for loss of deposits should you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control. This policy can then be upgraded and the $60 transferred to a full travel policy closer to the time of departure. We will ask you to sign a disclaimer should you not wish to purchase our recommended cover. Pre-existing medical cover is also available - please ask us for details.
HEALTH RESPONSIBILITIES Some countries have health and vaccination requirements. We recommend you contact your own doctor or the Travel Doctor on 07 928 8000 for information and advice.
TRAVEL ADVISORIES The NZ Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade have a website to assist you with advice and the latest up to date information on the countries you are visiting: www.safetravel.govt.nz Topics include a travellers checklist, passport and visa information, assistance overseas and destination travel reports.
FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAMS Many airlines offer mileage schemes as a reward for frequent travellers and we would be happy to provide you with the appropriate information regarding joining - this should be done prior to departure. If you are already a member, please advise us of your membership details. Please note that some airfares do not allow you to accrue points and amendments are made to rewards available from time to time. |
